I am an assistant professor in the Department of Child Welfare at Chungbuk National University. My research advances empirical understanding of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma, and youth mental health through rigorous quantitative and mixed-method designs — examining family violence, school violence, ADHD, depression, suicide risk, and post-traumatic recovery. I am committed to integrating clinical and psychiatric perspectives into evidence-based social work policy and practice, and as an educator I prioritize relationship-based teaching that centers students' growth and active engagement.
